Okay, new journal entry. So... I haven't payed any attention to my health at all the entire summer... whoops! I haven't even looked at this site since June! but now that summer's over, i'm ready to start again. I went from 160lbs in June to 167lbs in July (wow), and now I'm here at 164lbs. I started going to the gym in August, and even though the purpose is to help with my depression, it'll absolutely help with my health movement. It'll be a little harder to lose weight this time though, since I'm taking anxiety medicine that can cause weight gain. It's okay though, since I'm mostly in it for the health rather than to lose weight. I'm gonna jump back onto my diet from late May (the one in my last journal entry) and go to the gym too! Wish me luck guys! : )
