I saw where I was headed. Belt was tight, weight was edging up. I was eating out more and not being careful. This week I was back in the exercise routine and watching my diet. Glad to see the initial results so quickly. Now I need to keep it up.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
