Day 2 of insanity. Plyometric cardio circuit. Great workout. I was impressed that I could stick with the whole thing (even the pushups). Shows how much more strength I've gained since a year ago. Got a new HRM (strapless) but completely forgot to turn on the app on my phone so I haven't got a clue how many calories I burned but felt like 300+. I'll get this all sorted out. T minus 25 days until my 41st birthday. Would LOVE to be in the mid 130's by then.
