Food poisoning diet continues. Luckily no vomiting and the food poisoning is mild. The thing I dislike the most is the alternating chills and sweating. Checked my weight before this all happened (very scared to because of all the rich, calorie laden food I had been eating). I actually lost weight! According to my scale, I am down to 181 lbs. Checked this morning and I am 180lbs (with food poisoning). Not updating the weight on fat secret until I get better. Would be really happy to get out of the 180s and down to the 170s :) Other than that, I do have appetite and I feel a tad stronger than yesterday. My leg muscles are overtaxed from all the walking/activity from the past week and so I am taking is easy for a few days.
