So far today I've done good at some things, poorly at others.

Good:

Took multivitamin and my fiber cleanse pills.
Did some spontaneous exercise by walking to lunch (it was a block, but still).
No vending machine food.
Interspersed soda with tea and water.
Sat down to eat every time.
Recorded everything I ate immediately on fatsecret using my cell phone.
Will not have alcohol today (I think my nightly wine is adding up to extra poundage).

Bad:

Missed my planned exercise class this morning.
Was late taking my prescription medication.
Drank diet soda - 3 cans.
Ate coffee cake brought in by a coworker. Three pieces of it.
Ate out for lunch - patty melt and sweet potato fries, more diet soda.
