I'm 23 days away from seeing my primary physcian for a complete physical. I have gained 8 pounds since my last visit in March and would like to get to my goal of 140#. I'm starting to document what I eat so I have an accurate record of what I actually put in my mouth. Breakfast: 3 oz of flax bran cereal with 2 oz rice dream and one large banana. herbal tea brewed (burdock root, dandelion root and chickory root) plain 12 oz I drink this almost every am at my acupuncturist suggestion
Lunch: home made chicken tortilla soup about 8 oz
