It's COLD . . . well, cold for MO in October. I had to close my bedroom window this morning and turned on the heat for the first time. I am SO dreading winter. Even my pets ran out, did their business and came immediately back in. I have to get the delicate plants in today because we're supposed to get our first freeze tonight.
My line went yellow at my weigh in this morning. Can anyone tell me what that means? I know it's not the halfway point, because I have another few pounds to go for that.

Your chart is looking great, Johanne! I'm not dreading winter so much as lots of rainy cold days. I got spoiled on the blue skies over the last month. As for those FS color codes... I've never been sure what they mean. There must be a legend on this site somewhere.

That's the worst part of winter around here. Rain, mud and ice. It's just so dreary and my little (don't I wish), old body doesn't adjust to temperature changes the way it used to. I guess I'll have to counteract that with bright lights and summer colors inside. LOL. I have made sure all my snugly jammies are clean, sorted and ready. I've washed my various weight jackets and pulled out the comforters and shawls. Now I just have to pull out my hot chocolate and chicken soup ingredients, and by golly, I'm ready! LOL.

Don't dread winter. You actually burn calories fighting off the cold.
