@Tarryn they are my own slightly healthier homemade version of regular nachos. A few tortilla chips for crunch (40g), a much smaller amount of cheese (10g) and guacamole (30g), fat free cottage cheese (tablespoon) instead of sour cream and ostrich mince (+-100 or 120g) with heaps of chilli and salads. So even though it's sort of high in calories (total just under 600cal), it doesn't have the saturated fat content of spur style nachos.
