I gave into my cravings today, unfortunately. So I feel like a big bag of death. But I still plan to workout tonight. I sure that will help me feel a bit better. Had some pepsi (One of my BAD habits...its my coffee.)and it has upset my stomach. Hurray! Not to self, REMEMBER THIS FEELING!

You're human and life is full of temptations. It's ok to have some indulgences periodically as long as you're able to put yourself back on track tomorrow. You're weight chart shows you're going in the right direction and if you're not going to allow yourself some indulgences you're long term goal will be affected. Don't beat yourself up...you're doing well!
