Struggling at the moment with food, just don't want to eat. My teen daughter is picking up on it and has starting nagging. It's not particularly intentional, I've just no interest in eating. However, I am making the effort to eat my main evening meal (we sit down as a family to eat). There's no real reason for this post, I guess I feel this is just a safe, private place to vent.
