The weight I first put in was what I weighed around 4 months ago. I didn't have a scale until today. I'm so happy I've lost 10 more pounds. I've slowly over the past 6 years lost around 80 pounds. I work a fast paced job and sweat a lot and have eaten a little less than I used too which has helped more than anything. I hope this time of many I can stick to it!
250.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
