Yesterday starts my bulk for the rest of the year. My plan is to get to at least 160/165 by end of year. Slow clean bulk with minimal fat gain. Lifted last night for the first time in over a month, and didn't do too bad. Limited soreness and whatnot but the ab wheel is kicking my butt and am definitely most sore in my stomach. I'm sure in a week or two I'll be up to speed. Hope I don't have to buy all new clothes after this bulk.
