Well I cheated for the first time since May tonight my hubby took me out to dinner at our favorite Mexican restaurant and I ate home made chips and refried beans so went way over in carbs by about double what I've been consuming! I don't feel the least bit guilty as crappy as I have felt over the last few months and been good... ah well back on track tomorrow!

Quite right, no guilt, we are all adults and you made a choice. Glad you enjoyed your dinner. I find it 'freeing' if that is the right word to be able to chose to eat something "not on program" and to enjoy it and then just get back on the horse. This is a marathon, not a spring, right? And you have done so well, and know exactly what to do on a regular basis. Hope you are feeling better. You have been sick so long. Let us know what the doc said.
