After indulging in some fudge on last Wednesday, October 15th and weighing in at 205 again, I decided it was time to put 100% into the Atkins diet with a little help from family. And boy is it going well. I am not really hungry because I can eat small meals 4 or 5 times a day if I need to, but I have been losing weight like crazy. No more colas, no more sugar, no more flours and all. Its wonderful actually. Thought I would hate it - actually following the rules, but its really easy on both my stomach and mind. So far I have gone from 205 to 199 pounds in three days, I think that is pretty impressive.
