back on the wagon! pushing ahead at full force 💪really grateful to have found the keto diet and that it actually works for me!! looking forward to what the next few months bring. All my weight loss as of now is just from dieting and staying under 1500 calories and 20 carbs a day. I hope to incorporate some workouts next month and start creating my own little home outdoor gym
