Seems my problem is that as soon as I finish eating, I'm here entering all the information. Have a tendency to forget. Remember the 3:00a.m. thing? So I try and do it asap. But what helps me even more is that I can keep track of how much I've inhaled during the day and base dindin on what I've got left. Already blew my carbs for the day. Messed up at breakfast, so will be or hope to be carb free for the rest of the day.
Otherwise I am the mother of procrastination. If it can be put off another day or two or more, I'll do it. Then I'll forget about it and it's as good as gone. Until the UH-OH moments hits.

Hey....treading water is good...really good, sink or swim they say, but you Are holding your own. This summer has been a tough one for me too. Just look around, there are lots of heads bobbing around treading water too. See me? I am waving at you!! :)
