Fight night party last night. Tried to stay within boundries. Looks like I did OK. Didn't eat the pizza or chips and salsa so that's a good thing! That post about Diet Sodas got me to thinking that I haven't been adding my Splenda carbs to my count. Have started that today. Wish I was able to drink coffee & tea without sweetener. I drink a lot more coffee and tea in the fall/winter.
