Was craving some real, honest-to-goodness food last night. I made some beef and broccoli for my family,so I let myself have some. I wanted to go crazy, but thankfully, I couldn't even finish the second helping I'd intended to eat. It was wonderful, but it was really rich so I go nauseated later.
I didn't gain any weight, but I may have to switch to more calories if my self-control is wavering like this. I don't want to risk blowing the whole diet.
