At weigh-in I had lost 4 lbs. I found this a little disappointing for the first two weeks, but I was ecstatic when I measured my waist and found I had lost 4 inches!!!
Scale of 1 to 10? ummmmmm, 5. I'm still sore from the workouts, but in general all over, not in specific muscles. The eating is easy for me, I can stay under calories easily, in fact sometimes work to keep at 1800. I like eating more times per day, helps my blood sugar, and the coca-cola cravings are receding. I am able to do all of the crunches now!!!!!
