Had an egg and cheese croissant, two cans of coke and two rice krispies bars
195.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Don't give up! knowing what your points are...will help you with your choices for the rest of the day. If you had a Burger King egg and cheese croissant, than its only 7 points. 6 points for your regular cokes. Rice Krispie bars...if you had the Kellogs individual packaged ones, then thats another 6 points. Thats 19 points you have used today. Given your weight, you are at the 24 points range (and if you use your flex points...I try and not exceed over 5 points a day), then you still have anywhere from 5 to 10 points you have left over for the day. you can do this! Start thinking of some low point things you can eat that will help keep you in range today.
