Well, I didn’t do too well today. Stupid Oreos. It's not their fault, I should have stopped before I had so many. I stayed within my calories, but I didn't eat healthy enough. I have to work and not stress eating, I do that all the time. I also need to drink more water. I just have to get better and stick with my running. I can still do this I just need to get motivated again. I am kinda fizzling out and need to get out of the 230s, I think that would be a big motivator.
