Okay I am back on track - summer is almost over so drive thru McDonald days are over since I no loger have to drive my son to camp everyday or worry about him being starving after camp and have to make a pit stop at Church's Fried Chicken. I am set with my calorie and carb counter, hbave my stationary bike and Leg Press ready to dust off the cobwebs and have all the vitamins and protein shakes I need to make healthy decisions. It is only two pounds but it is headed in the right direction. I am going to focus on getting back down to 260 by losing those first 20 pounds. THen I can start worrying about getting under 200 pounds by losing another 60 pounds. My goal for this is Spring Break next year but if it happens by New Years, I will be elated!
