The last few days have been a little on the stressful side. Friday my doc started me on some new diabetes medicine called Janumet. It's like Januvia and Metformin in one pill. I've read great reviews on it but I have to tell you that it makes my mouth taste like butt! I do however notice that I am not hungry all the time. Since I started the new medicine I've lost 2 pounds. I'm thinking it's because my appetite is just not there and with that nasty taste in my mouth it doesn't make me very hungry.
I've had a migraine for the most part of the weekend and this week so far. Yesterday it was so bad my back started hurting. I had to lay in the fetal position to take the pressure off my spine. I slept most of the day like that. I'm back to work today but I still wish I was at home in bed. It's cool and rainy today, a perfect day to just stay in my jammies and lounge.
