Two weeks in and some weight loss success already. Blood pressure and cholesterol have to come down. But let's be honest. If I don't satisfy the vanity factor, I won't stick with the program like I need to. Also, moderate weight loss of 1 lb per week is not aggressive enough for me. I would like to be able to achieve 3 or 4 lbs. per week. So gotta up the exercise!!!
