we had dinner guests tonight so I spent all day cooking pot roast, low carb blackberry cheesecake squares and several veggies....I was hungry all day but knew dinner would be high w/carbs from veggies and I wanted some room for dessert! My total carb count didn't go above 25..I don't think I got 100oz of fluids in today and as far as exercise..I was on my feet all day cleaning house and cooking...I'm starving right now...I'd have more pot roast but I threw all the left over veggies/roast/juices in a dish for soup...guess I'll have to grab some pork rinds!
