Chinese food yesterday for son's bday & early father's day and boy I ate a good feed. it wasn't what I call "north american traditional" which is 90% of dishes full of sauce & sugar but lots of sushi, a little bit of General Taos, egg rolls, shrimp dumplings. So I have no doubt I broke keto but on the bright side, knowing it was coming I did 2 walks yesterday. Now, I had a huge temptation to weigh in this morning, but I totally expect the results would not be good so why do that to myself? So I stayed strong..2 more days I won't have access to a scale for 1-2 weeks. Nothing but my generally good new habits to rely on..and back to keto style feeding now! I am actually looking forward to seeing how my weight is after I get back from the lake. This period of time is my greatest test every year.
