Today was the first day of my diet. I am 181.4lbs which is not a healthy weight for my height. This is the most I have wieghed not being pregnant and I am very ashamed of my weight. I want to lose atleast 40lbs. I want to be healthy and happy and I dont want to be ashamed of my body anymore. I am ready to start on the right track today!!
