So, I just took my measurements again after a month to compare...very interesting...I have lost 7inches, but have gained an inch in my waist and .5 in my right upper thigh??? A grand total of 5.5 inches lost...Praise God for measurements seeings the scale isn't budging...at least I know I've been doing "something" right and not everything "wrong"...
