Watching my portion sizes and avoiding refined carbs, but this weather is not helping with the snacking!

Sheawyn you can still snack "healthy". Check out Dischem's sugar free section look specifically for the (Sugarlean) brand. No after taste even better than regular.Bit pricey but you're not suppose to eat a lot in a sitting anyway.A 80g chocolate will last you an entire week...that's if you don't indulge though lol

Go on Dischem's website and type in sugarlean then you can see all the sweet treats they offer...from smarties to jelly babies (beans).Worth the splurge I think...that's if you're a sweet tooth 👍👍
