I have been slacking off..

I either let my weight consume me or i completly forget about it.. loosing is the hardest thing because no matter what i change about my situation I can't seem to drop the pounds.

I will have to revamp my entire life to loose weight. Not only eating and excersise its going to take a change for everything..

Much research is needed to accomplish this. Research within myself to determine what is nesseary ..

I think no .. I know that cutting out simple sugars all together and also any kind of high sodium foods will help to . I have also started to cook more items that are NOT pre packaged. Cooking from scratch items not only taste better but you can control what goes in to them and how they are prepared.

Its going to be extremly hard on a budget also. With a limited supply of funds for the month the ammount of food that you can purchase is slim to say the least.

I'm turning 23 in March and I'd like to make my 20's my happiest time of life so that the rest of my life is happy also.

No time to start than the present.

Any one else agree with me?

Yes!! You can definitely do this. I turn 24 in March (yay for March babies!) and I feel the same, this has to get done now! It's definitely best to set new habits in place as early as possible so we don't have to worry about it later on in life =) Good luck, you can do this!

Thank you! I've had a hard time. I either go all in or none.. But on the bright side i've only gained back the like 3 pounds i lost LOL .. But SOON it will be all gone and i can work harder at other things.. I'd like to be under 240 by march i think that is a good goal and not to far reaching..

That is a very reasonable goal!! I'm positive you can do this =) We all have our tough times (mine was pretty much all summer lol), but that's okay ... just get back on track and you'll be alright.
