My weigh in this week was surprisingly GREAT! I did pretty good but with a few hiccups this week. I went over my calorie goal on monday and tuesday because I was emotionally eating. I am getting better now. I have been a bit down, anticipating a promotion at work. It is the beginning of a new week for me, weight wise. I am going to keep up with the 1200 calorie goal and see if it will help me next week. It is really motivating to see the scale finally move down.
193.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 53.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
