I'm in the process of buying a new house. Packing is SO difficult & upsetting to my system. My husband wants to have everything packed in our old house before closing on the new house.... I'm not thrilled about living in a sea of boxes, but it's keeping me off the couch at night.

So far, watching what I eat has been pretty easy going. I'm starting to watch portion size more; as I may have been estimating low. I measured a piece ham last night to be 10 oz, where I would have guessed 6oz. I'm still seeing results on the scale (weighed in 2 lbs lighter this morning - official weigh in tomorrow morning), so my portion sizing hasn't played into my success, but I'm sure it will in the future.
