Iya, telur puyuh dan usus keduanya engga terlalu banyak kalori, cukup banyak protein. Yg harus diperhatikan memang kolesterolnya, aku makan 8 buah (2 tusuk) dan ada sekitar 700 mg kolesterolnya :D Tapi buat aku yg biasanya rata2 200-300 mg kolesterol per hari dan gula total tidak pernah mencapai 50 gram per hari, it's not a priority for me
