WHAT'S EVERYONE BEEN UP TO??

Hey guys! Sorry I've been away again for awhile! I have been training in some new coaches which takes more time than you would think BUT it's so worth it to see more people out there helping others reach their fitness needs so I'm cool with giving them my time. It's crazy how many people have been getting on board since Beachbody dropped the coach start up fee! Woohoo! Not that I don't miss it here, though! I am going to make it a goal to get on here more often!!

I've been trying to work out pretty hardcore lately. I've been trying to lose weight before Halloween comes up because I have a great costume in mind but it's definitely going to need some toning up to pull it off. I can do it!! And so can you! What are your fitness goals? More importantly, when do you want to reach them? Write it down!!!! Put it somewhere where you will see it DAILY. Perhaps in the kitchen? My friend and fellow coach Amy would say, "Abs are made in the kitchen." What you choose to eat affects your outcome a lot more than you think. I've heard that people underestimate their caloric intake by 40%!! That's crazy. After hearing this I am really going to try harder to track my calories daily and stay on track!

I decided to start watching my caloric intake, too. I've been told way too many times that it's all about calories in / calories out. I'm looking into low cal foods, especially whole foods like veggies and fruit. I'm just getting started on this new approach today. I'm also putting an end to my bad habit of having a snack before I go to bed. I start a new eight week challenge tomorrow. If the pounds start coming off, you'll know why. Glad you're still around.
