I know the feeling. I am doing the cabbage diet this week and it has helped get a little motivation.
I lost three pounds in the first 4 days. I cheated yesterday and did not lose but did not gain. It is a good way to get a kick start to a diet. After this week I plan to do 2 days a week on the cabbage diet and the rest watch what I eat. Hang in there and just do a little everyday. I gained a lot back and am starting over so start with me and lets lose this weight!!

Sounds good to me. I lost all the weight I wanted to and then some. I also found 30 pounds of what I lost within 12 months. I felt so good being smaller so I have to get back there again. We can do this!
