Trying to get back into the swing of things after being off the whole chart for a while. I have only gained back 5 or 6 pounds but it feels like 20. I feel so bloated and fat. Ugh. Back to walking and on the South Beach diet. It is hard going off the sugar though. Carbs I can do..but I will kill for a donut. LOL. Can anyone relate?

Sure can hun.....! 5 pounds DOES feel like 20 at times.....Do a strict Phase 1 for a couple weeks.....You've done it before.....you will again!! You CAN do it.....!! huggies....

i can...big time...i have such a sugar addiction - it might as well be a drug...i am continplating going back on phase one on the 20th (have to wait until i get paid)...to help reduce the cravings and headaches again...feel free to join me if you are so inclinded...it does take alot of willpower to make it happen
