Day 9 of the darn plateau! I tried to add calories, I tried to bring my body out of gym shock and let it rest for a couple of days. Geez, it'll break soon, I know it will. It has to.

hello, I'm just starting seems silly to give out advice but I went to my first weight watcher meeting and someone there said they stopped drinking their diet sodas and the plateau stopped and the guy running the meeting said that worked for him too. He also said that just switching from one plan to the other will work sometimes too. The core plan is a low carb and the flex plan is counting points. If you try the not drinking the diet soda will you let me know if it works and I'll pass it on to the meeting and my hubby. Good luck ! DD

Hey, thank you for that... but I haven't had any diet soda in 28 days. I appreciate your comment though, at this point, I'll take any help I can get.
