How are you figuring your % body fat? I so want to break the 140 mark and stay in the 13_ something from this week and beyond. I keep telling myself I can go get a massage when I break 140!

I have one of those hand held body fat things. I don't know how accurate it is. My next weigh in is on Sunday so I am hoping to break the 140 mark too. :)
