I haven't been updating my food or exercise journal at all lately. I've been lazy and sick and busy. Also, I haven't gone to the gym in like two weeks, which is really sad. I gotta start going again, because I gained back 2 lbs. However, I've been drinking hot Green Tea with lemon after every single meal, and sometimes just because it's delicious, and I've noticed a marked difference in how I feel, how much I eat, etc. I think this will definitely become a regular thing, so now I just need to make sure the gym becomes a regular thing as well.
