Did pretty darn well today. Wrote down what I wanted to eat and stuck by that with only a two tomato difference. : ) I'll try again for tomorrow. This Dr. Beck solution works if you can be disciplined to plan ahead. I think I'm doing pretty well weaning myself off sweets. Got my copy of The Fat Smash Diet and I'll try that soon. Sometimes a change is a good thing.
