Recipe - 500g 5% fat pork mince. Tbsp onion powder. Tbsp dried sage. Salt and pepper. 4 hard boiled eggs. Mixed pork with herbs. Divide into four. Mould around an egg. Place on a baking tray (I spray with frylite). Bake in the over for 25 mins at gas mark 6. ENJOY!! I use this pork recipe to make meatballs, burgers (I add a grated apple) and for fakeaway McDonald's sausage and egg mcmuffins.
Baby seth is just perfect ❤ He's doing really well, growing and changing daily!
