I find it very difficult to find the right balance between what I am supposed to eat and what I actually eat. I am an emotional eater, some days are easier to stick to a set calorie intake, and then there are days, where I am constantly hungry, logically I know I don't need the food, but emotionally I cannot help it. I need to break this cycle if I am to see any changes. Work in progress.
