I find it very difficult to find the right balance between what I am supposed to eat and what I actually eat. I am an emotional eater, some days are easier to stick to a set calorie intake, and then there are days, where I am constantly hungry, logically I know I don't need the food, but emotionally I cannot help it. I need to break this cycle if I am to see any changes. Work in progress.

So your Market Pantry whey Protein Powder may be why you are constantly hungry. Check out the documentary "Hungry for Change" (free on Netflix if you have it). For starters it shows that msg causes food cravings, and secondly talks about how msg can be listed under 40+ different names (including whey protein). After cutting most the items from the expanded msg list I've lost a lot of my cravings I've been battling for the last 20 years. You can also just google "msg alternative names".
