Totally disgusted with myself... I've been working out a lot and eating mostly healthy - It seems I need some big changes to reach my goals. I sent this e-mail to a friend this morning and I'm sharing it all with you. Send me good vibes everyone - I need all the help I can get:
I got on the scale today and I weigh more than I ever have in my entire life... I'm so sick of this...This is what happens when I don't weigh myself often... I'm making a decision right now and just losing this fat already - who's with me!?
Maybe if I tell you all of this I will have to do it - so here goes...
My starting weight: 182.4 (yikes!) My goal weight: 145 My goal monthly: 7+ pounds per month (but no less than 5) My projected goal date: April 2, 2014 (@ 5 lb. per month) My goal tactics: No white carbs, limited complex carbs, limited dairy, 4 liters of water/day, spark - catalyst - mns - omegaplex - thermoplus - muscle gain - clear mood - o2Gold Advance - rehydrate - cleanse every 90 days
