Grrrr...yesterday, didn't say no to cake, and didn't eat afternoon snack, so I was hungry at dinner and ate popcorn.
Today, instead - I will eat all protein snacks to that I make good choices. Have already decided I am having 2 glasses of wine tonight, though. It's FRIDAY! Happy Hour!!
