Yesterday was awesome. I ate a whole box of Ranch & Bacon Suddenly Salad (dear god why is this stuff so good). No, wait. Did I say awesome? I meant WEAK.

The whole Weight Watchers / Fat Secret double-duty is really interesting. Let's take yesterday and see how I did:

Fat Secret: 2,261 calories or 126% of my daily amount.
Weight Watchers: 38 points or 97% of my daily amount.

I blew up on FS, but was on-track on WW. And on the complete reverse, there are days where I'm near my allotment on WW but am ~60% on FS. I guess I do have to track both.

Today's challenge: Office birthday cake! I have enough points and calories for it, so I'm going to savor it and do some extra Richard Simmons tonight. As corny as that man is, you can't not like his enthusiasm. :)

e: cake success! 1 small piece of strawberry-filled white cake. Took nearly 2 hours to eat and savor. :)
