Boy I ate alot today but my caloric intake wasn't very high at all. I was having trouble with being dizzy and so I ate some Chicken Noodles to up the calories because it was so low. I wasn't trying to eat so little calories it just happened that way.

Could the problem have a been a very low calorie lunch? Maybe if you try divide your calories over the day so they are spread a little more evenly that might help too. You just keep up the great work though, as you're doing fantastic. ;o)

Yeah I did spread my calories. I ate at Breakfast time, then at about 11 am and then at about 3pm and then again at 5pm. I just didn't get enough calories in during lunch time. After I ate the noodles last night I felt alot better. So knew it was a low carb and calorie problem.
