I feel like I am stuck with the scale not going down anymore. I increased my workout today, with the hope that the scale will budge downward when I weigh in again.

I found that the best thing for me when that happened, is I started taking Pure Health Green Coffee Bean for weight management. Not sure where you live but you can get them at Sam's Club and I think Walgreens. Good Luck

Could be several reasons this is happening. You're converting to lean muscle and that weighs more than fat. Have you measured yourself and kept track of it? That's a way to see if you're slimming down eventhough our arch enemy, the scale, says nothing. Maybe make a change or two to your exercise program. Consider HIIT. Give it a google.
You're not eating enough. I went through the same thing. Increase your calories. Maybe up to 1300 to begin. Add more protein too. Give it a try for a couple of weeks. Then see what happens.
I've been where you are now and changed my diet to low carb, high fat. I'm not starving and not counting calories.

I appreciate both of your comments. Since posting my original journal entry, I am down 3 more pounds. I do think that I am converting lean muscle, which is a really good thing! I increased my workout as well as changed it up a bit from what I normally do. I also picked up some of the Green Coffee Bean and like it's effect so far. Thanks again.
