I have not been following any diet during the last few months. I have been eating tunes of junk all summer and I just came home from vacation. The one good thing is that I have been consistently going to the gym. I am finally ready to come up with a new eating plan and start my weight loss journey again. Now to figure out a good eating plan and stick to it!
