I weight 121 today when i woke up then had walked for 1hr for 6km. I weighed again and lost 1lb. Whoa! I am now 120 lbs
121.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
