Well I 'm at least headed the right direction. However I've been stuck at this weight for quite awhile. In reading parts of the Adkins book again, they say to eat some meat at every meal so I'm going to try to add more meat and less cheese. I'll let you know next week how it works. But even though I haven't lost a lot of weight on the scale I was able to wear pants that I wasn't able to fit into a month ago. I feel so good on this diet.
